Spreads 30ml of cooking oil on a pan

Chop your leeks into 2 inch long pieces And all your other vegetables into thin strips.

Stir fry your leeks first then all other vegetables at the same time.

Lastly add your eggs and stir thoroughly.

You can season with salt and pepper to complete the recipe.

Serve when hot with a bowl of rice.
