
Mexican Chicken Soup
Make sure you cook chicken adequately
Steps

Cook chicken in pot of water with quarter of onion and salt to make base of soup
While chicken is cooking blend tomatoes, garlic and rest of the onion with a little splash of water into sauce
In a pot fry the pasta in the olive oil until golden then add the sauce and chopped carrots and cook for further 5mins
Then add pasta sauce to the chicken, add new potatoes halved and cook for 5mins,
After 5mins add chopped broccoli and chopped Corriander to soup and cook until broccoli is as you like (hard crunchy or soft)
Serve with Salsa, lime, pamasan cheese and flavour as you like
