2 cupsheavy whipping cream
2 tbspsugar
1 pinchsalt
6.4 ozdark chocolate 70%

Bring to a boil the heavy whipping cream, sugar and salt.

Pour over your chocolate chopped in small pieces. Whisk slightly with hand whisker.

Mix thoroughly with hand blender till chocolate is blended

Refrigerate 4 hours. In a stand mixer whip until stiff peaks.
