In small bowl, combine broth, milk, cornstarch and seasonings.

Cut potatoes into cubes. Chop onions. Set both aside.

Sauté onions briefly in oil, and then add chicken and brown lightly.

Add sauce mixture and potatoes. Cover and simmer for thirty minutes or until chicken is done and potatoes are tender.
