Ingredients

  • 1 packagesrice flour 16 oz/1 lb
  • 1 packagespurple yam fil choice 4 oz
  • 1 1/2 cupsugar
  • 1 packagesyeast
  • 1 cancoconut milk mae ploy 19 oz

Steps

  1. 1

    Dissolve sugar in coconut milk over low heat

  2. 2

    mix all dry ingredients together

  3. 3

    mix 1 and 2 together

  4. 4

    cover and place in over for 1 hour

  5. 5

    Remove from oven and place in molds

  6. 6

    steam for 20 minutes
