Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 1 cupWheat flour
  2. 2 tbspGrated cabbage
  3. 2 tbspGrated carrot
  4. 2 tbspChopped spinach
  5. 2 tbspGrated cucumber
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. 1 tspRed chilli powder
  8. 1/4 tspBlack pepper powcder
  9. 1/4 tspAjwain / carom seeds
  10. 1/4 tspOnion seeds
  11. 4 tbspOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a large bowl mix together cabbage,carrot,cucumber and spinach.

    Take a bowl add wheat flour,carom seeds,onion seeds salt and one tbsp oil and mix well.

    Add little water to make a soft dough.

    Cover the dough and keep aside for 15 mins.

    Divide the dough into equal size balls.

    Roll out the paratha.

  7. 7

    Grease the pan and place the paratha on the hot pan.

  8. 8

    Spread all the veggies on the top of the paratha.

  9. 9

    Sprinkle red chilli powder,black pepper powder and salt.

  10. 10

    Cook on hot pan applying oil till both the sides are cooked.

  11. 11

    Cut into four pieces.

  12. 12

    Serve hot with curd.
