Ingredients

  • 32 ozbag hash brown potatoes
  • 16 ozsour cream
  • 1 cancream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cupchopped onions
  • 3/4 cupmelted butter
  • 2 cupgrated cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbspsalt
  • 1 tsppepper
  • 2 cupcrushed corn flakes

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix together hash browns, sour cream, onions, cheese, salt, pepper & 1/2 cup melted butter. Spread mixture in a 9 x 13" pan. Sprinkle with corn flakes & rest of butter.

    Bake at 350 for 1 hour & 20 mins.
