Ingredients

  • 1onion, chopped
  • 2garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1carrot, grated
  • 500 gramsmince
  • 1 canchopped tomotoes
  • 2 tbsptomato sauce
  • 4 dashworcestershire sauce
  • 1mixed herbs
  • gramsoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in pot

  2. 2

    Fry onions, garlic and carrot with herbs for a couple of minutes

  3. 3

    Add mince and brown

  4. 4

    Add rest of ingredients and seasoning and simmer for half an hour
