Preheat the oven to 400º F. Using a sharp knife, make a horizontal slit from the side into each chicken breast.

Beat together the cream cheese and chives. Divided into four portions and, using a teaspoon, fill each switch with some of the cream cheese. Push the sides of the slit together to keep the filling in.

Rap eat your breast into rashers of bacon and placed in an ovenproof dish. Drizzle the oil over the chicken and bake for 25 to 30 minutes, brushing occasionally with the oil, until cooked through. Season with black pepper and serve immediately.
