Steps

Dry roast broken wheat on slow flam till it fragrant and light brown in colour.

Now switch off the flam and let it cool completely.

Now add semolina and curd and mix well. Rest it for 15minuts.

After 15minuts add spinach puree and ginger green chilli paste, salt,Baking soda and mix well.

Add water if required.

Now pour the mixture in grease idli stand and steam for 15 to 20 minutes or till it's done.
