Firstly boil potatoes and mash them.
Then add all the spices one by one. - 2

Now M ix all the ings except for chilli garlic paste - 3
Now take a pan heat 1 tbsp oil add the ginger paste and saute for 2-3 mins.

Now add curry leaves and roast it nicely till they change colour

Now add the aloo mix and mix well cook for 4-5 mins...

Now make besan batter by adding salt and a pinch if haldi powder it shud not be very thin.

Now make small balls oƒ potato mix flaten it on ur palm slightly.

Dip in besan batter and deep fry on medium flame...enjoy hot witj pav.
Serve along with green chutney and roasted green chillies.
