saute onions and brown meat (drain fat)

add water and taco seasoning and cook until done

slice polenta in 1/4 ins. rounds

pour 1/2 of the enchilada sauce in bottom of a casserole dish

place sliced polenta on top of sauce

cover with meat mixture

cover with refried beans and green chillies

sprinkle with half the cheese

if you have polenta left put it on

sprinkle with black olives

spread salsa

cover with rest of the enchilada sauce

cover with rest of the cheese

bake at 375 for 45 mins -1 hour
