Ingredients

  • 1 cupbutter
  • 1 eachegg
  • 2 tspvanilla
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 1/4 tspsalt
  • 2 2/3 cupsifted flour

Steps

  1. 1

    cream well and add unbeaten egg, salt, and vanilla; beat well.

  2. 2

    blend 2 2/3 cups of sifted flour.

  3. 3

    bake at 375 for 7-10 minutes

  4. 4

    use as drop, rolled or cookie press
