Ingredients

  • 4Boneless chicken
  • 2 tbspolive oil
  • 1Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning
  • 1 lbSpinach
  • 1/2 cupparmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cupCheddar/Colby Jack/Mozzarella Cheese
  • 2 eacheggs, beaten

Steps

  1. 1

    Butterfly chicken breast, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with ranch, set aside.

  2. 2

    In saute' pan cooks pinch until cooked down.

  3. 3

    Mix ingredients well.

  4. 4

    Place spoonfuls of mixture in middle of chicken and sprinkle with any leftovers.

  5. 5

    Bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes or until internal temp of 165°.
