Mix bathua, potato,salt,besan and soda,1 tsp oil

Knead it well

Now make rolls out of them and steam them like we steam gatte. Cut them into pieces.

After that heat oil in a pan.put jeera and hing.

Put pieces and shallow fry them for few minutes.if u want deep fry them and sprinkle chaat masala before serving.

Serve them green chutney and imli chutney.
