start off with combining all dry ingredients into a large mixing bowl

next, add water, oil and egg

stir together with a whisk until there are few lumps and lots of bubbles

oil a pan preheated to 325 over medium heat

pour 1\4 cup of batter into said pan and cook for about 3 minutes or until bottom has formed

carefully flip the pancake and cook other side about 4 minutes or until both sides are golden brown and fluffy!

plate a short stack or big stack and sprinkle chocolate chips and mini marshmallows and finally top with chocolate syrup
