Veg. Manchurian Gravy

Make the sauce: chop the veggies for the sauce . Saute some sesame seeds then chopped ginger garlic in a pan and add the veggies . Then add the ginger garlic chilly paste and add water to boil . Add salt and pepper . Finally add some flour in it to make it thick . Add some soy sauce and turn off .

For manchurian balls : take all chopped veggies in a bowl and mix with flour , salt , pepper and water . Mix it to acheive a thick paste .

Take some more flour and mix with water to acheive a good batter . Batter should not be too thick . Make small round balls .

Dip the balls in the batter and fry until golden brown . Check if it is cooked inside .

Now put the fried balls into the gravy . Serve hot .
