Ingredients

15 minutes
4 servings
  1. 400 gmsfrozen or fresh shrimps,
  2. 100 gmstinned/fresh corn
  3. 2 tbspfresh garlic
  4. 1-2green chillies
  5. 1 tbspchopped stems of green coriander
  6. Soy sauce
  7. Red chilli sauce
  8. Crushed black pepper
  9. 3 tbspCorn flour
  10. 2 tbspRefined flour/maida
  11. 1 tbspchickpeas flour
  12. 1egg
  13. Salt and oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Clean shrimps, drain the water and give it a churn in food processor along with corn.

    Take out in a bowl, add rest of the ingredients and prepare a thick batter.

    Leave it aside for 10 minutes.

    Deep fry in medium hot oil until golden brown.

  5. 5

    Serve hot with schezwan chutney.

  6. 6

    (Use multigrain flour instead of refined flour, include one tbsp rice flour in that case for attaining the crunchiness).
