Ingredients

  • 170 gramsPlain flour
  • 120 gramsCaster sugar
  • 240 gramsButter
  • 1 boxCondensed milk
  • 2 tbspGolden syrup

Steps

  1. 1

    Cream half butter and half caster sugar, rub in flour. Put crumbs into a lined baking tin and squash down. Bake for around 30 mins

  2. 2

    For the caramel - melt the other half of the butter, sugar, syrup and condensed milk over heat. Boil until darker in colour .
