1 tbspcayenne pepper
1 cankidney beans
2jalapeno peppers

Add ground beef and cook until brown

Add tomato sauce, tomatoes, chili powder, Cayenne, kidney beans, jalapeño peppers, and ketchup. Cook about 20 minutes
