Make a pound of taco meat like normal. Fry some corn tortillas till crunchy. Put taco meat, refried beans, and nacho cheese, etc. on a jumbo flour tortilla to taste. Then, place the corn tortilla on top of the meat and other stuff, and place any cold ingredients on top of the corn tortilla. Fold the edges of the flour tortilla in so all the cold ingredients are covered. Fry on a griddle till it stays closed on its own.
