Ingredients

3-serving
  • 1 cupCoconut Grated
  • 2chillies Dried red
  • 1/2 tspGinger (chopped)
  • 2Shallots (chopped)
  • 3Curry leaves
  • Tamarind
  • Salt
  • Coconut Oil

Steps

10 mins
  1. 1

    Sauté chillies, onions, curry leaves and ginger for 1 minute. Add grated coconut and mix well. Do not let this change color. Remove from fire and let this cool.

  2. 2

    Add a pinch of tamarind or according to your taste.

  3. 3

    Blend this mix with little or no water.

  4. 4

    Check the sourness and add salt according to your taste.

  5. 5

    Ready to serve!!
