Preheat oven at 180°C/350°F. Grease 11 x 7 in tin

Peel, core and chop the pear and apple into small pieces. Add to the lemon and water if needed

Add the butter, sugar and honey in a pan on a med to high heat. drain and add the fruit. stir until melted

Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the oats until well combined. Spread the mixture into the tin and flatten with the back of a metal spoon. Keep pressing to give an even surface with no holes or gaps

Bake for 20-25 minutes. once ready remove and cut while still hot then leave to cool in the tin

Best served while slightly warm or leave to cool and dip in melted chocolate, then allow chocolate to set
