Sabse pehle palak ko clean kar ke wash karein.ab ise 3-4minutes tak boil karein thndi ho jane par mixer me boil palak,green chillies,ginger dal kar smooth paste ready karein.

Ab ek kadahi me desi ghee,jeera aur chopped onion dal kar saute karein.ab isme tomato puree dale.ab isme salt and spices dale.oil seprate hone tak pakaye.

Ab isme palak paste dale.low flame par lid lagakar 4-5minutes tak pakaye.

Flame off kar de.ab isme paneer add karein.10minute tak lid lagade.palak paneer ready hai.

Roti,rice ke sath garam serve karein.thank you
