  1. 2Eggs
  2. 1/4 cupAgave nectar (or 3/4 cup sugar)
  3. 1/2 cupHoney
  4. 3 tbspVegetable Oil
  5. 2 tspInstant coffee, dissolve in 1/2 cup of warm water
  6. 1/3 cupFrozen orange juice concentrate
  7. 1 3/4 cupFlour
  8. 1 tspBaking soda
  9. 1/4 tspCinnamon
  10. 1 dashGround cloves, optional
  11. 1 dashPowdered,ginger

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 300°F. Grease or spray a 9x5x3 loaf pan. In a large bowl, mix together the eggs, agave nectar, honey and oil. Use a mixer or beat intensely by hand. Mix in the coffee and orange juice concentrate. Add in flour, baking soda, cinnamon and any optional spices. Mix on a lw speed until blended. Increase the speed for 1 minute near the end. Pour the batter into the pan and bake at 300 for about 65 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool the cake before serving.
