Beaten rice with peanuts
I often have this breakfast before I run to office.. Its yummy and fills my tummy!
Steps

Place beaten rice in a strainer and run water through it for 2 min
- 2
Press excess water off the beaten rice and mix with turmeric powder
- 3
In a pan, heat oil and fry peanuts
- 4
Add cumin, onion, green chilli, green peas, carrot, coriander leaves, salt, sugar and sauté for 5 min
- 5
Add the beaten rice to pan and sauté for 5 min
- 6
Add a dash of lemon juice, Serve hot
