  2. 1 dashBalsamic dressing
  3. 1 dashbasil oil
  4. 1 bunchof rocket salad dressed with virgin olive oil
  5. 3 eachsun blushed tomato pieces
  6. 3 mediumflat top mushrooms

    Toast bread lightly in pizza oven until golden.

  2. 2

    Pre cook mushrooms in a little garlic oil, top bread crouton

  3. 3

    Warm through & serve pin dressed plate with oils, dressings & sun blushed tomato.

  4. 4

    Garnish & serve as per photo
