Ingredients

  1. 4Eggs boiled and grated (only white part)
  2. 2cups: cabbage chopped
  3. 3-4: green chilly chopped
  4. 2tbsp: ginger- garlic paste
  5. 1 tsp: mustard seeds
  6. 1 tbsp; curry leaves
  7. 1 cup: chopped onions
  8. 1/2 cup: spring onions
  9. 1/2 cup:fresh coriander
  10. 1-1/2tsp:Turmaric powder
  11. 1-1/2 tsp: chilly powder
  12. 1 tsp: garam masala powder
  13. 1tsp:chat masala
  14. to tastesalt
  15. 3 tbsp:oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a large pan or kadai,heat oil and add mustard seeds in it, let them pop now add green chilly, curry patta, ginger -garlic paste,saute for few minutes. add chopped onions cook them until light brown.add chopped cabbage to this and stir it for couple of minutes.

    Add red chilly powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, salt and chat masala powder,coriander- cumin powder, spring onions,and cook them until cabbage becomes slightly soft, keep stirring in between to avoid burning.

    Last Add grated boiled eggs (only white part) and mix them well.garnish with fresh coriander leaves,now our curry is ready to serve,

    You can have it with rice or just wrap it in a chapati. masala butter burn is also goes well with this dish.
