Pound chicken breast. Mix eggs in dish. Lay out bread crumbs on plate. Fill frying pan less than halfway with oil (should not cover breast). Wait until oil heats up on medium, may need to be a little lower. Dip in egg fully cover with bread crumbs. Put in fryer.

Cook until golden brown.

I can trim chicken breast so it fits the bun better and then make some chicken fingers. I can skip hot sauce for kids and dip in BBQ sauce or ranch.

Mix 2 tablespoons of margarine in sauce pan of franks red hot. Put on high to melt butter dip breasts in sauce.
