1 lb(14oz) can sliced peaches
1/2 tspsalt
1/2 tspcinnamon
1egg
1 cupevaporated milk
1/2 cupsugar
1 1/2 cupflour
1/2 cupsoft butter

Drain peach reserve 1/2 cup syrup

Combine flour salt butter, mix w blender until like course meal

Press firmly on bottom and halfway up sides of buttered 9 inch pan

Arrange peach slices on crust

Mix sugar and cinnamon sprinkle over peaches

Bake 375 20mins

Mix syrup egg and evap milk pour over peaches
8

Bake 30mins longer or until custard firm around edges
