Maida me ghee add karke mix karein. Maida ke three part karein. Ek me orange, second me yellow, third me blue colour mix karke water se dough ready karein and 1/2 hour rest ke liye rakhe.

Stuffing ke liye sugar me 1/4 cup pani add karke garam karein jab sugar melt ho jaye tab kaju powder add karke sim gas par ghadha hone tak pakaye. ghee add karein. Thoda thanda hone ke baad gulkand add karke mix karein.

Chashni ke liye sugar and water add karke boil and 1 tar ki chashni ready karein. Cardamon powder add karke mix karein.

Maide ke dough se do choti puri bele. Ek puri par stuffing rakhkr dusri puri uper rakhe or pack karein.

Ghee garam karke medium gas par sare gujiya deep fry karein.

Gujiya ko chashni me 5 min rakhe fir nikal kar plate me rakhe.
