Nutty and Chocolatey Gujiyas with wheat flour

My innovative recipe of gujiyas are ready for this Holi. Stuffed with crushed almonds and crushed chocos, healthy one with whole wheat flour. These gujiyas really tastes super tasty and yummy. Try them, I am sure you will surely love it.

My innovative recipe of gujiyas are ready for this Holi. Stuffed with crushed almonds and crushed chocos, healthy one with whole wheat flour. These gujiyas really tastes super tasty and yummy. Try them, I am sure you will surely love it.

Make a soft dough with wheat flour, 3 tablespoon of oil and water and keep aside.

Now roughly crush almonds

Crush chocos too

Now mix both the ingredients together

Add condensed milk or Milkmaid to it mix thoroughly
- 6
The mixture will become little wet and soft then and ready for stuffing

Now take a small portion of the dough and roll it flat like a Poori. Stuff 2 tablespoon of almond mixture in it.

Close the edges by pressing them with the thumb finger

Continue the same with the rest of the dough

Heat a kadai with oil in low heat and fry the gujiyas till golden brown in colour

Serve them in normal temperature. Garnish with chocolate sauce and Milkmaid
