Cook gluten free noodles according to directions. Drain and and rinse with cool water.

Whisk peanut butter with 1/4 to 1/2 cup hot water, red pepper flakes, brown sugar, soy sauce and hot sauce. Pour mixture over noodles. Stir to coat the noodles. Add cilantro and green onions before serving.
