
Cream Cheese Truffles Recipe

Large bowl whip cream cheese until fluffy. Melt half of chocolate in microwave or over double boiler. Stir into cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until fully e corporates. Divide mix into 2 bowls and stir peanut butter into 1 mix. Press plastic wrap directly onto surface and chill in fridge for 30min

Using small ice cream scoop or spoon, portion out truffles and place on wax paper. If mix be ones too warm return to fridge and chill before dipping.

Melt remaining chocolate and begin dipping truffles, allow excess chocolate to drop off and return to wax paper. Working with topping of voice, decorate each immediately after returning to wax paper

Allow chocolate to set before serving.
