Steps

Boil and mash the sweet potatoes.

Take a wok and heat oil and add the sweet potatoes and roast it well.

Once cooled add dry fruits and cardamom powder and mix it well.

Sieve the flour and make a fine dough using oil and water. And keep it aside for 10 minutes.

Take small portion from the dough and roll it into round puris.

Keep the puri on the ghujiya mould and keep the sweet potato stuffing in the middle.

Make other ghujiyas following the same procedure.

Fry the ghujiyas on low flame.
