Ingredients

  1. Dry Ingredients
  2. 2 Call purpose flour
  3. 1 1/4 tbaking soda
  4. 3/4 tbaking powder
  5. 1 tkosher salt
  6. 1 Twhite sugar
  7. Wet Ingredients
  8. 2ea eggs
  9. 1 ptbuttermilk
  10. 1/4 Cunsalted butter, melted
  11. 1 tvanilla extract

Cooking Instructions

    Mix dry ingredients thoroughly.

  2. 2

    Add remaining ingredients a mix until moistened. (Mixture will be thick and lumpy.)

  3. 3

    Let batter stand 10 - 15 minutes.

  4. 4

    Drop by tablespoonfuls onto lightly greased griddle and spread with back of spoon.

  5. 5

    Turn cakes when top is bubbly and bottom is golden, about 4 minutes.

  6. 6

    Cook until bottom is golden and cake is cooked through. Serve and enjoy!
