Ingredients

  • 3/4 cupButter
  • 1 3/4 cupSugar
  • 3 largeEggs
  • 2 tspVanilla
  • 3 cupFlour
  • 1 1/2 tspBaking Soda
  • 1/4 tspSalt
  • 1 cupButtermilk
  • 1/2 cupSour Cream
  • 2 cupBananas

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 325°F Farenheit.

  2. 2

    Mix butter and sugar.

  3. 3

    Mix in eggs.

  4. 4

    Mix in vanilla.

  5. 5

    Mix in buttermilk and flour, starting with buttermilk and then alternating to flour, making sure to end with flour.

  6. 6

    Mix in baking soda and salt.

  7. 7

    Mash in bananas and mix in sour cream.

  8. 8

    Fill two 9 inch pie pans.

  9. 9

    Bake for 50 minutes. Let chill for 10 minutes.
