
Omelette with diced tomatoes and chervil
Steps

Slice and dice 1/2 of a tomato (amount is up to you)

Chop up chervil
- 3
Break eggs into a bowl, add in the chopped chervil and beat with fork until fluffy
- 4
Heat up pan on stove, melt butter on it or use olive oil
- 5
Once the butter is melted or the oil heated, pour in the egg and chervil mixture into the pan.

Spread the egg around the pan so its nicely round but thick enough not to tear when you're folding it

When most of the top part of the egg is cooked, sprinkle the cheese around. Then add the diced tomatoes to one side of the omelette.

Fold the half of the omelette that isn't covered in tomatoes over the other half with tomatoes. Turn off the heat and you're done!
