Vegetable Fried Rice
Super easy and super yummy!
Steps

Heat oil on medium high heat

Add carrots, peas, onion and garlic. Stir and cook until tender. Then reduce to medium low

Move veggies to one side and scramble eggs on the other.

Once egg is scrambled add rice and soy sauce.

Mix and cook until heated through
- 6
You can add chicken, shrimp or pork if you choose.
