Ingredients

  • 80 gramsPuff pastry
  • 3 tbsNuttela or chocolate shavings
  • Strawberries very ripe
  • Eggwash
  • 1 tbssugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Roll out the puff pastry and cut into long triangles

  2. 2

    Cut incisions all over the pastry from top to bottom

  3. 3

    In the middle of the base of thetriangle place either chocolate shavings and strawberry on top

  4. 4

    Fold over the pastry over the strawberry and crimp

  5. 5

    Egg wash and bake to a golden brown

  6. 6

    Serve with ice-cream or whipped cream and strawberry sauce/chocolate sauce.
