Ingredients

  1. 3 tbspolive oil
  2. 3 tbspbutter
  3. 1lb. your choice of favorite sliced mushrooms
  4. 4garlic cloves, thinly sliced
  5. 1 mediumclove of shallot
  6. 3tbl spoon of red wine
  7. 2tbl spoon teriyaki sauce or more to taste
  8. 1/4 tspgarlic salt
  9. 1freshly ground black pepper to taste.

Steps

  1. 1

    Warm olive oil and butter in a large saucepan, medium heat.

  2. 2

    Cook and stir all other ingredients in the hot oil until mushrooms are slightly brown.

  3. 3

    Reduce heat to low and simmer until mushrooms are tender, 5 to 8 more minutes.
