Ingredients

  • 19 inch Pate brisee shell
  • 3 ozWhipped cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 1/3 cupHalf and half
  • 3Eggs
  • 10 ozChopped spinach, thawed
  • 1/2 cupGrated cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cupGrated feta cheese
  • 4Green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 tspSalt
  • 1/4 tspPepper

Steps

    Preheat oven to 425°F
    Cook the shell for 10 minutes.

  2. 2

    Beat cream cheese with half and half and eggs until smooth. Mix in remaining ingredients.

  3. 3

    Pour mixture into crust.
    Bake until filling is set, 30 to 45 minutes.
