Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare egg noodles as directed on package (if using rice prepare it, unless using boil in a bag then cook it last).
- 2
While garnish is cooking roll ground beef into meatballs (a tad bit smaller than a golf ball)
- 3
Carefully brown the meatballs on medium heat making sure to turn them often.
- 4
Once meatballs are browned remove from skillet.
- 5
Over medium to medium high heat melt stick of butter, add diced onion and minced garlic. Cook until onion is tender
- 6
Add cream of mushroom and sour cream, stir until well mixed. Reduce to low heat.
- 7
Add meatballs
- 8
Once heated through let simmer stirring occasionally until ready to serve.
- 9
Pour Swedish meatballs over egg noodles or rice. Enjoy!
- 10
I like to serve this with garlic bread and a side salad.
- 11
Salt and pepper to taste (add a little garlic powder to taste if you're like me)
