Steps

First roast the brinjals.

Peel and mashed properly.

Heat oil in a wok add cumin seeds when crackle add sliced onion and saute it.

Till golden in colour add crushed garlic,ginger,green chilli and chopped tomatoes and saute it.

Add all dry masale,saute till leave the oil add mashed brinjal and mix well.

Cook on low flame for 10 minutes.

Add green coriander.
