Steps

Take big bowl add khoya, paneer and maida.

Mix well and Knead a soft dough.

Make sugar syrup with water and sugar.

Heat ghee in a deep kadhai, make mini boll of khoya dough and deep fry till brown.

Keep all fried gulab jamun in sugar syrup for 2..3 hrs.
- 6
Take out from sugar syrup and serve.
