  • 4 tsponion paste
  • 2 tspginger garlic paste
  • 1 tspJeera
  • 4 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 -2 tsp chopped Green coriander
  • as neededOil
  • Salt as per taste
  • Red Chilli powder as per taste
  • 1 tspDry mango powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Ek kadhai me oil dal kar jeera bhune, onion paste ko dale, bhun le, tomato paste dale or bhun le, masale dale, 2 tsp water dale or ek boil aane de.

    Boil chane dal kar pani ko sukha de.

  3. 3

    Dry mango powder dale mix karein.

  4. 4

    Green coriander se garnish kar ke serve karein.
