Ingredients

25 mnts
3 servings
  • 1tender banana stem (finely chopped)
  • 100 grmssmall prawn or shrimps
  • 1 teaspoonred chilli Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoonturmeric powder
  • 1 tablespoonjeera - dhaniya powder
  • 1 teaspoonginger paste
  • 2green chillies finely chopped
  • 1whole dry red chilli
  • 1 teaspoonwhole jeera
  • 1bay leaf
  • 1-2green cardamom
  • 1clove
  • 1 small stick cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoongaram masala powder
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil for frying

Steps

    At first boil the banana stem pieces to make it soft

  2. 2

    Now add oil in a heated pan and tamper the whole jeera garam masala,bay leaf and whole dry red chilli

  3. 3

    Now shallow fry the prawns and keep aside

  4. 4

    Add the boiled banana stem and saute with salt and turmeric

  5. 5

    Add ginger paste and jeera- dhaniya powder and mix well

  6. 6

    Finally add the fried prawns and cover it keeping the flame low

  7. 7

    Garnish it with garam masala powder and serve
