Add water to reserved pineapple juice to make 1 cup

Pour juice/water mixture into a large skillet

Add 1/3 cup water, vinegar, soy sauce, brown sugar, and cornstarch stirring until smooth

Cook over medium heat until thick, stirring constantly

Add pineapple, meatballs, and sliced pepper

Simmer uncovered for 20 minutes until heated thoroughly

Or-- Move ingredients to a crock pot and heat until thoroughly heated
