Cut up the cookies until obtain powder

Thaw the butter and mix it with the cookies

Put this paste in the bottom of the mold

Put it in the freezer for 20 minutes

Dilute the curd in some milk (follow the instructions in it)

Heat the cream at low temperature, add the sugar, the cheese and the curd and mix well

When the mixture begins to boil move it aside and put it over the cookies

Put it in the freezer for a minimum of 6 hours

Decorate the surface with the marmalade
