Ingredients

  1. 1 kgtomatoes
  2. 2 tbspcorn starch
  3. 1/2 tspkali mirch powder
  4. 1/2 tspbhuna jeera
  5. Sugar as ur taste
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. 2 tspMilk cream

Steps

  1. 1

    Tomato ko dhoker. Chhote tukdo mein kat lein.

  2. 2

    Fir cooker mein dal kar 4-5whistle lagwa le.

  3. 3

    Jab thanda ho jaye to blender Se blend kar lein.

    Chalni se Chan kar 4 cup pani dal de.

  5. 5

    Ab boil hone ke liye rakhein.

  6. 6

    Usme salt, sugar, kali mirch, jeera sab dal dein.

  7. 7

    Ab ek katori me corn starch ko thode pani mein ghol kar tomato soup mein mila de.

  8. 8

    3-4 minutes tak boil Karein.

  9. 9

    Garam soup ready he. Bread crumbs aur cream se serve Karein.
